Roger Horner – Director
Roger has over 45 years’ experience in bulk handling and control systems. Since starting his career in the agricultural industry as a designer and installer of grain drying plants in East Anglia, Roger has developed an unrivalled expertise building plants not only in the U.K. but around the world.
His knowledge and experience spans ports, industrial grainstores, silos and distilleries, allowing him to design and manage any and all granular material projects.
Roger founded Abdie Solutions Ltd in 2011 in response to the demand for his extensive industry know-how.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys being with his grandchildren and spending as much time as possible sailing and scouting.
Stewart Todd – Director
Stewart, invested in the business back in October 2016.
He brings over seven years’ project management and technical sales experience and most days can be found on the road speaking to customers and managing ongoing projects.
Throughout his time with Abdie Stewart has worked with agricultural, distilling, biomass and animal feed customers bringing their ideas to fruition safely and efficiently, dealing with the challenges that come with project management.
Working closely with Kenneth and Roger on the concept & design Stewart is the main point of contact for the majority of customers.
When not at work, Stewart can be found on the golf course trying to reduce his handicap.
Kenneth Foggo – Sales Engineer
The newest addition to the team, Kenneth, joined the business in August 2018.
After completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at Heriot Watt University he developed a broad range of experience in design and test engineering.
He is looking forward to developing a new set of skills in the bulk granular handling industry and Stewart and Roger are excited about his future contributions to the business.
When not working Kenneth is most at home in the great outdoors, enjoying many activities relating to his role as an Explorer Scout Leader such as kayaking and camping.
